Vestand Gets Nasdaq Delisting Warning Over Delayed Filings

Vestand (VSTD) received a notice from Nasdaq cautioning that the company could be delisted due to delayed filings of its financial reports, the company said late Tuesday.

The company has not filed results for Q3 of 2025, full-year 2025, and Q1 of 2026, putting it in non-compliance with the stock exchange's listing rules, it said.

Last week, Vestand submitted a request for a hearing with the Nasdaq Hearings Panel and is also seeking a stay on any action by the exchange as it prepares to file the delinquent reports.
