智通财经APP讯，纽曼思(02530)发布公告，本集团拟根据现行市况，在公开市场上进一步出售最多所有潜在联想集团出售股份。潜在联想集团出售事项的实际代价，将为联想集团股份于各出售日期当日的市价。鉴于股市的波动性，以最佳价格出售股份需当机立断，若就每次出售联想集团股份事先寻求股东批准或控股股东的书面批准，实属不切实际。为使日后能够在适当时机及价格下灵活地出售联想集团股份，以尽可能提高本集团回报，本公司建议预先取得出售授权，以使董事能够于授权期间内出售最多所有潜在联想集团出售股份。由于潜在联想集团出售事项将透过公开市场进行，本公司将不会知悉每项联想集团股份交易买家的身份，并预期该等联想集团股份的买家将为独立第三方。
