　　比特币矿商Coolbit Technologies（CBAI.US）于上周五向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交文件，计划通过首次公开募股（IPO）筹集至多2300万美元。该公司计划发行500万股股票（其中25%为二级市场发行），发行价区间定为每股4至5美元。按发行价区间的中点计算，Coolbit Technologies的市值将达到1.35亿美元。

　　Coolbit Technologies是一家通过其在美国和加拿大的子公司从事比特币挖矿业务的公司。该公司从合作伙伴处租赁高性能比特大陆（Bitmain）矿机，并将其部署在第三方托管设施中，由第三方负责安装、配置和日常运营。其收入来源是向矿池贡献算力，矿池会根据公司贡献的算力比例分配比特币区块奖励；之后，公司会根据需要出售比特币以维持运营。

　　这家总部位于加拿大列治文的公司成立于2023年，截至2025年9月30日的12个月内，营收达2000万美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为CBAI。Coolbit Technologies已于2025年8月29日秘密提交了上市申请。Eddid Securities and Futures是此次交易的唯一承销商。
