Braiin shares surged Tuesday morning after the company said it will partner with Switchcraft to integrate embedded utility and telecom switching directly into its platform.
Shares are trading 69% higher at $12.12.
The company said its partnership with Switchcraft, a U.K.-based switching infrastructure provider, will add white-labelled switching infrastructure for electricity, gas, broadband and telecom services, expanding Braiin's artificial intelligence-native Living Infrastructure platform.
Braiin's Living Infrastructure platform is digital operating system for the entire residential lifecycle, connecting all the services homeowners could need around their property.
Braiin said the integration will support embedded service activation across its UK PropTech ecosystem as well, the company's real estate technology, and create new commission-based recurring revenue opportunities in what it estimates is a 25 billion British pound ($33.76 billion) residential lifecycle services market.
The company said the move will allow property managers, estate agencies, landlords and tenants to compare, activate and manage household services directly within its platform, supporting more seamless tenant onboarding and residential workflow automation.
