Ryan Specialty Increases Buyback Program by $300 Million; Shares Up Pre-Bell

Ryan Specialty's (RYAN) board increased the authorization of the company's repurchase program for its class A common shares by $300 million, the company said Tuesday.

As of May 22, Ryan bought back $260 million of its shares in Q2, exhausting its previous $300 million authorization.

The company's shares were up 3.9% in premarket activity.
