消息面上，今年4月，2026年百果园集团供应商大会在深圳举行。百果园集团创始人、董事长余惠勇在大会上明确，2025年公司已完成“固本培元”式全面盘整，2026年正式定为“涅槃重生之年”，企业将迈入全新发展阶段。百果园集团零售事业群常务副总裁吴崇武则介绍了百果园2026发展战略，2026年公司将围绕店数增长、服务升级、礼品穿透三大战役，实现从“质价比”到“价值体验”的战略提升，与供应商共同挖掘节气新品、爆品开发、新场景消费等增量空间。
中信证券此前研报指出，展望2026年，随着百果园集团门店重回扩张，AI赋能降本，2B业务和“水果+零食”新业态拓展，公司有望重回增长。该行认为2026-2027年投资主线已从“还能不能活下来”切换至“利润能修复多快，估值能切换多远”，估值中枢有望快速上移。银河证券认为，公司与相关渠道积极合作开发差异化产品&深加工产品，有望贡献收入增量。
