新浪科技讯 5月28日下午消息，斗鱼发布2026年第一季度未经审计财务报告。第一季度，斗鱼总收入8.22亿元，毛利润为1.29亿元，同比增长14%，毛利率为15.7%，同比、环比均实现增长，调整后净利润为3080万元，同比扭亏为盈。

　　第一季度，斗鱼多元化业务形成稳定收入格局，创新业务、广告及其他收入为3.62亿元，占总收入的44%，连续五个季度占比超四成。其中，广告业务整体回暖，品牌广告及游戏投放增多，游戏会员业务继续保持稳健。此外，斗鱼继续优化语音业务的流量分发与资源配置效率，在维护社区生态的同时提升盈利能力，本季度语音社交业务收入约2.56亿元，平均MAU为31.56万，月度平均付费用户为6.15万。

　　斗鱼CEO任思敏表示：“2026年第一季度，公司财务能力持续巩固，经营效率进一步提升，展现了良好的盈利能力。我们在继续优化资源配置的同时，也更加重视核心内容生态的长期建设。在未来数个季度，公司将丰富赛事与节目的内容供给，进一步提升直播内容质量和平台对用户的吸引力。我们相信这些举措将有效增强用户粘性，为股东创造长期价值。”

　　任思敏还表示：“我们将继续探索和开发斗鱼IP矩阵相关机会，并推动内容和变现方面的创新。我们计划在未来几个月继续加强对线下活动和明星赛事的投入，这体现了我们对品牌认知、内容生态和直播社区的持续投入。”
