智通财经APP获悉，交易所公开最新披露信息显示，5月22日，贝壳(02423，BEKE.US)首次在港股市场开展股票回购，并同步加大美股回购力度。当日港股及美股股票回购总额约1,250万美元，为公司自2024年4月以来单日回购金额新高。其中，港股回购金额约2,000万港元，美股回购金额约1,000万美元。
这也是贝壳在2026年一季度业绩发布后的连续股票回购动作。随着相关合规窗口开启，公司于5月21日恢复美股公开市场股票回购，并于5月22日将回购范围进一步扩展至港股市场。市场人士认为，双市场回购机制有助于提升公司回购执行的灵活性，也为后续股东回报安排提供了更多操作空间。
相关数据显示，贝壳一季度经调整经营利润率达8.8%，同比提升3.9个百分点，经调整净利润率达8.5%，同比提升2.6个百分点，公司组织效率、资源配置效率及盈利能力方面均有改善，经营杠杆进一步释放。在业绩发布后较短时间内恢复并加大股票回购力度，也使市场关注到公司对资本配置和股东回报节奏的持续推进。
