智通财经APP获悉，5月26日，法国私募股权投资公司Ardian(安麟投资)召开年度股东大会(AGM)。Mark Benedetti被任命为Ardian联合首席执行官，公司创始人Dominique Senequier仍与其共同担任首席执行官，其他高管的任命亦同步生效。
据介绍，Mark Benedetti 20年前加入Ardian，自2023年9月起担任执行委员会主席，多年来一直指导公司的战略方向和运营。
公开资料显示，Ardian是一家全球多元化私募市场公司，在世界范围内拥有22个办事处，和350多名投资专业人员。目前公司为全球超过1920名客户提供了约2000亿美元的投资服务，涵盖私募股权、不动产和信贷等领域。
年会还确认了Mathias Burghardt、Vladimir Colas和Jan Phillip Schmitz为执行主席的任命。
Mark Benedetti表示：“我们在Ardian拥有30年审慎且务实的投资经验，这让我们有信心能够围绕更大的多元化、更深的行业专业知识，以及更深层次的纪律执行方向，不断演进我们的策略。”
