智通财经APP获悉，易方达亚洲半导体ETF(03486)早盘涨超5%，高见23.78港元刷新上市以来新高。值得一提的是，受全球半导体景气度持续高企及AI算力需求爆发双重驱动，该ETF自3月26日上市以来累计涨幅超50%。截至发稿，涨4.35%，报23.52港元，成交额1563.34万港元。
消息面上，受AI算力需求爆发驱动，全球芯片股涨势汹涌。5月27日开盘，日韩半导体巨头全线暴涨，SK海力士一度暴涨超11%，市值一度突破1万亿美元大关，成为亚洲第三家市值突破1万亿美元的企业。隔夜，美股芯片板块亦上演史诗级暴涨，其中，美光大涨超19%，市值首度突破1万亿美元关口。
资料显示，易方达亚洲半导体ETF紧密跟踪Solactive亚洲半导体精选指数，囊括SK海力士、华虹半导体、台积电、中芯国际、东京电子等亚洲半导体核心龙头，全面覆盖AI算力、半导体设备、存储芯片等高景气核心环节。
