近期，市场出现关于“头部助贷机构良性清退类固收产品”的相关讨论，5月25日，宜人智科就此发布声明称：公司作为独立运营的上市公司主体，与其他业务板块分属独立的业务体系，运营管理完全隔离，彼此经营独立、互不影响。宜人智科未开展任何财富管理类相关业务。

　　近日，市场有消息称，宜人智科母公司宜信正对旗下类固收产品进行“良性清退”。截至5月22日美东时间收盘，宜人智科（YRD.N）股价大跌14.44%，收于1.6美元，市值1.4亿美元。

　　5月25日，中国证券报·中证金牛座记者以媒体身份致电宜信客服采访产品清退相关问题，截至发稿前未获得有效反馈信息。

　　据了解，宜信成立于2006年，总部设立在北京，业务覆盖普惠金融、财富管理等板块，旗下拥有美股上市公司宜人智科与非上市的宜信财富等主体。

　　宜人智科，原名宜人金科，自2024年6月，品牌升级为为宜人智科，其前身为宜人贷，于2015年12月18日登陆纽约证券交易所。
