美国国家航空航天局（NASA）发布采购公告，宣布拟在现有商业载人运输能力合同基础上，为SpaceX追加六次认证后载人任务。NASA表示，合同增补生效后将立即敲定其中至多三次任务，剩余三次则根据需求安排，直至国际空间站（ISS）按计划在2030年终止运营。

　　此次增项原因十分明确。NASA称，做出该决定主要基于几方面因素：国际空间站近期缩短驻留任务时长、波音公司遭遇技术故障与进度延误、两家企业的任务分配安排，以及持续保障可靠载人运输能力面临的技术难题。波音的CST-100“星际客机”飞船至今仍未取得载人飞行认证，NASA最新任务清单中也未安排该飞船执行货运任务。

　　据报道，NASA在文件中表示：“鉴于国际空间站任务时长缩短、波音出现技术问题与进度滞后、两家企业任务分配现状、替代载人运输系统的预估启用时间，以及持续保障空间站载人飞行能力所面临的技术挑战，有必要为SpaceX增批认证后载人任务。”

　　目前这六次新增任务的合同金额尚未对外公布。参照2022年单次任务约2.87亿美元的标准测算，本次增项合同总额或将接近17亿美元。
