智通财经APP讯，七牛智能(02567)发布公告，于2026年5月26日，本集团间接全资附属公司Superstify Technology与支付宝香港订立云服务合约，Superstify Technology同意向支付宝香港提供技术服务，而支付宝香港须向Superstify Technology支付服务费，期限自2026年5月27 日起，为期3年。
Superstify Technology根据云服务合约于2026年5月27日至2026年12月31日期间、截至2028年12月31日止两个年度及2029年1月1日至2029年5月26日期间将收取的服务费的建议年度上限分别为人民币3000万元、人民币3600万元、人民币3600万元及人民币600万元。
董事认为，订立云服务合约将使本集团取得一名可靠客户，从而令本集团可拓展其业务营运、增加收益，并提升本公司产品的知名度及市场认可度。
