奖金发到员工舍不得走！SK海力士离职率只有1.3% 三星却高达10.1%

快科技5月26日消息，韩国企业分析研究所Leaders Index最新报告显示，SK海力士2024年员工离职率已降至1.3%，创下历史新低，而三星电子同期离职率却高达10.1%。

SK海力士低离职率的重要原因是自2021年起引入的10%利润分成机制。到2025年9月，公司与工会达成协议，废除原有奖金上限，将年度营业利润的10%纳入全员奖金池，有效期十年，覆盖所有正式员工。

另一方面，SK海力士在AI存储芯片市场的强势表现，也为其利润分成机制提供了充足的资金保障。2025年公司营收达97.15万亿韩元，营业利润47.21万亿韩元均刷新年度纪录。

经此计算，2025年SK海力士人均奖金约1.4亿至1.48亿韩元（约63万至67万元人民币）。2026年一季度公司营收同比暴增198%，营业利润率高达72%，全年人均奖金有望飙升至7亿韩元（约315万元人民币）。

低离职率也伴随着人才争夺的加剧。过去四个月已有约200名三星核心工程师跳槽至SK海力士，三星内部人员甚至调侃三星为“海力士补习班”。

SK海力士女性员工2024年离职率仅0.8%，自愿离职率更是低至0.9%，员工平均年薪达1.17亿韩元（约52万元人民币），可见，10%利润分成机制在人才留存方面效果显著。
