智通财经APP获悉，汇量科技 Mobvista(01860)今日宣布，总部位于新加坡的国际投资公司淡马锡(Temasek)已完成对公司价值1.5亿美元的战略权益配置。交易完成后，淡马锡将作为战略股东，长期支持汇量科技的全球化发展。
作为全球化发展的标杆及AI 广告技术基建的领军者，汇量科技始终坚持技术驱动与合规经营。旗下 Mintegral 平台已有超过 80% 的广告流水由 AI 智能出价算法支撑。
