智通财经APP获悉，鹰美(02368)盈警后跌超9%，截至发稿，跌8.22%，报2.68港元，成交额210.11万港元。
消息面上，5月22日晚，鹰美发布公告，预期集团于截至2026年3月31日止年度所取得的公司拥有人应占溢利同比大幅下降不多于30%。董事会认为公司拥有人应占溢利预期大幅减少是由于报告年度下半年集团业绩显著下滑的直接结果。主要归因于报告年度第一季度美国政府对集团设有生产基地的若干东南亚国家实施关税政策产生的深层影响导致生产成本上升，令销售成本增加；品牌客户基于上述关税政策所带来的严峻成本压力、消费者需求转变及运动服制造业激烈竞争，与集团就销售价格进行磋商时采取更为保守及审慎的态度，导致毛利率下降等。
