智通财经APP讯，联泰控股(00311)发布公告，于2026年5月28日举行的股东周年大会上，罗贵华先生已获选举为独立非执行董事，其任命已由股东周年大会结束起生效。
紧随于2026年5月28日举行的股东周年大会结束后，李卓然先生退任其独立非执行董事职务。
董事局进一步公布以下本公司董事委员会的以下组成变动，由股东周年大会结束起生效： (i) 李先生不再担任本公司审核委员会主席，以及本公司薪酬委员会及提名委员会成员; (ii) 罗先生已获委任为本公司审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会成员;及 (iii) 史敏女士获委任为本公司审核委员会主席。
