智通财经APP获悉，南方两倍做空MSTR(07399)盘中涨近15%，截至发稿，涨11.49%，报31.44港元，成交额367.69万港元。
消息面上，Strategy(MSTR.US)近日宣布，完成一系列资本结构与比特币交易，其中包括以约13.8亿美元现金回购15亿美元面值的2029年到期0%可转债，折价约8%。欧洲太平洋资本CEO彼得·希夫公开质疑，此次债务回购掩盖了Strategy日益加剧的流动性问题，而非展现财务实力。
值得注意的是，Strategy一季度净亏损125亿美元，主要源于年初比特币价格大幅下跌。公司总裁兼首席执行官此前明确表示，出售比特币以换取美元、或以此偿债，只要有助于提升每股比特币价值，均在公司考量范围之内。这是Strategy自创始人、董事长Michael Saylor确立"永不出售"原则以来，首次公开宣告策略转向。
