　　近日，进出口银行积极发挥金融桥梁作用，协助中银香港等在中国银行间市场发行熊猫债。

　　协助中银香港发行熊猫债

　　5月26日，进出口银行作为联席主承销商，协助中国银行（香港）有限公司成功发行2026年首期熊猫债，规模50亿元，期限3年，票面利率1.65%，获得投资者广泛关注和踊跃认购。

　　本次发行是进出口银行充分发挥政策性金融职能作用，依托深圳全国性经济中心区位优势，积极服务人民币国际化的有益实践，将为境内外投资者提供更多元化配置选择，也对巩固提升香港国际金融中心地位具有重要意义。

　　协助巴基斯坦发行主权熊猫债

　　在中巴建交75周年之际，进出口银行协助巴基斯坦伊斯兰共和国发行首只主权熊猫债。

　　进出口银行总行与新疆维吾尔自治区分行协同联动，积极深化与地方商业银行的合作，成功推动新疆银行成为当地首家参与主权熊猫债发行的法人银行。本次发行充分彰显了进出口银行在服务共建“一带一路”、深化中巴金融合作等方面的重要作用，也将为推动新疆高水平对外开放注入新动能。

　　近年来，进出口银行已协助多国政府、国际开发机构、金融机构、大型企业等发行了熊猫债，有力推动了熊猫债市场持续扩容。未来，进出口银行将以更大力度、更实举措推进人民币国际使用，推动境内外金融市场互联互通。
