金吾财讯 | Stratasys Ltd.(SSYS)周三宣布，已与Nano Dimension达成最终协议，将以4250万美元的全现金交易方式，收购后者旗下全资子公司MarkForged, Inc.。
根据协议，本次交易不包括MarkForged的金属粘结剂喷射(Metal Binder Jetting)产品线，该业务将由原母公司Nano Dimension继续保留。在满足常规交割条件并获得监管机构批准后，该交易预计将于2026年下半叶正式完成。据悉，MarkForged是全球领先的熔丝制造(FFF)端到端解决方案供应商，其核心产品“数字锻造厂”平台将硬件、自主研发材料以及包含模拟和自动打印优化在内的安全软件完美融合。其独步行业的连续碳纤维技术，能使航空航天、国防、汽车及食品饮料等领域的客户，制造出比传统FFF轻质且强度更高的工业级零部件。Stratasys首席执行官约阿夫·泽伊夫(Yoav Zeif)博士表示：“在增材制造持续替代传统高标准制造的时代，这次收购进一步提升了我们在国防和航空航天等关键领域的服务能力。”
