5月26日，中远海能（600026/01138）发布公告，公司计划与Navios Maritime Partners L.P.船舶出租方签署船舶租赁合同，从其或指定的船东公司租入2艘LR2新造船，租期为62个月，租期内总租金约8亿元。
此外，公司的间接全资子公司远海液化天然气投资有限公司计划与中资承租方签订了船舶期租合同，向其出租2艘大型气体船，期租租期为20年，租期内总租金约59亿元。
公告中提到，这2艘船舶为远海公司从Seaspan Corporation Pte. Ltd.下属单船公司期租租入，租期同样为20年，租期内总租金约为34亿元。
2026年一季度，中远海能实现收入73.03亿元，归母净利润21.73亿元。
