消息面上，近期，三一国际发布第一季度业绩显示，该集团取得收入66.51亿元，同比增加13.2%；母公司拥有人应占溢利5.09亿元，同比减少19.8%。溢利净额同比下降主要是由于物流装备业务毛利率略低的产品收入占比提高，使得产品综合毛利率下降；及期间内，新兴产业受硅片、硅料及电芯原材料价格上涨影响，使得新兴产业产品综合毛利率下降。
里昂研报指出，三一国际首季业绩引发市场忧虑，虽然海外收入同比增加一倍，但利润率及成本控制未达预期。削公司2026及27年净利润预测28%及19%，以反映利润率受压，又将其目标价由16港元下调至12港元，维持“跑赢大市”评级。该行提到，三一国际首季太阳能销售同比下跌74%，并录得1.2亿元人民币亏损，管理层预期全年亏损将超过4亿元人民币，主要由于微电网的人员及海外项目扩展的初始投资，超出市场预期。
