韩国海关周二表示，已简化相关规定，允许经由第三国运输的美国原油继续享受双边自由贸易协定 （FTA） 项下的优惠，此举符合在中东局势紧张之际稳定供应的努力。

　　韩国海关表示，这项于周二生效的新规将简化进口商根据双边自由贸易协定享受优惠的程序，这些优惠适用于经第三国转运至韩国的美国原油。

　　此前，如果原油进口后经墨西哥等第三国转运，则无法立即享受自由贸易协定（FTA）的优惠待遇。

　　韩国海关表示：“我们决定主动简化繁琐的程序，此前进口商必须提交过境国的相关文件才能获得自由贸易协定的优惠待遇。”

　　韩国海关补充称，正在与马来西亚当局协商，加快签发原产地证书的流程（目前该流程需要大约六个月），以促进从这个东南亚国家进口原油。
