法国卫生部长里斯特 （Stephanie Rist） 周四在接受TF1电视台采访时表示，从6月中旬起，法国将为重度肥胖患者报销减肥药费用。

　　诺和诺德的Wegovy和礼来公司的Mounjaro是两种注射剂，作为抗肥胖治疗药物已在全球范围内引起广泛关注。

　　相关审批程序正在最后敲定，预计报销政策将于6月中旬生效。

　　适用对象为：身体质量指数（BMI） ≥35且至少伴有一种并发症的患者，或BMI≥40（无论是否伴有并发症）的患者。

　　多达1000000人可能受益于此项报销政策，处方权仍由医生酌情决定。

　　里斯特表示，报销比例为65%，但在实际操作中，由于合并症的存在，绝大多数符合条件的患者可享受100%的报销。

　　里斯特估计，全面实施后，该政策每年将给国家带来约1亿欧元的支出。

　　在法国，患者每月需为这些药物支付约300欧元。
