智通财经APP讯，WKK INTL (HOLD)(00532)发布公告，本公司现行的购股权计划(2016年购股权计划)是本公司于2016年6月22日召开的股东大会上，经由股东普通决议通过。2016 年购股权计划将于2026年6月21日届满。往后，将不得根据该计划授出任何购股权。于本公告日期，根据 2016 年购股权计划已授出但尚未行使的购股权总计为 3295万份，该等购股权将可继续根据其发行条款于 2016 年购股权计划届满后予以行使。有见及 2016 年购股权计划期限将予届满，且为使董事能够继续就合适及合资格人士对本公司及/或其附属公司 (本集团)贡献或潜在贡献向其提供适当奖励，董事会建议根据香港联合交易所有限公司上市规则第17章采纳2026年购股权计划。
