金吾财讯 | 标普道琼斯指数公司周三盘后宣布，自2026年6月1日(下周一)开盘前起，新分拆上市的联邦快递货运控股公司(FDXF)将正式加入道琼斯运输平均指数(DJTA)，取代现有的美国航空集团(AAL)。而为确保指数在成分股更替过程中的连续性和稳定性，标普道琼斯指数公司宣布，将在6月1日开盘前对计算指数所使用的除数进行相应修正。据悉，本次调整的直接契机是物流巨头联邦快递集团(FDX)对其旗下的地面货运业务——联邦快递货运控股进行正式分拆，该交易预计于6月1日完成。分拆完成后，母公司联邦快递集团将继续保留在道琼斯运输平均指数中，而分拆出的货运业务(FDXF)则作为独立个体新增至指数内。而被剔除的美国航空，近期因股价持续低迷，其在指数中的权重已降至不足0.5%。
