智通财经APP讯，复旦张江(01349)发布公告，本公司于2026年5月28日召开的股东会及第三届职工代表大会第四次会议，选举产生第九届董事会成员。于股东会上，赵大君先生及薛燕女士获重选为本公司第九届董事会执行董事;钟涛先生获选举、余晓阳女士获重选为本公司第九届董事会非执行董事;王宏广先生、林兆荣先生及徐培龙先生获重选为本公司第九届董事会独立非执行董事;于职工代表大会上，曲亚楠女士获选举为本公司第九届董事会职工董事。
紧随股东会结束后，本公司召开了第九届董事会第一次临时会议，审议及批准委任以下人员为公司的高级管理人员：薛燕女士获委任为本公司总经理并继续担任本公司财务总监;余岱青女士及陈宇先生继续担任本公司副总经理;梁俊先生获委任为本公司副总经理。以上人士的任期自2026年5月28日起生效，任期三年，与第九届董事会任期一致。
