ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，国际清算银行（BIS）宣布，其 “Project Agorá” 代币化原型已成功验证跨境批发交易原子结算的可行性。该原型采用分层架构，利用代币化央行储备和商业银行存款，实现多货币、多司法管辖区的 “全有或全无” 交易链执行，同时允许各央行保留操作自主权。
法律分析显示，七个参与司法管辖区均可实现结算终局性，隐私保护亦可在合规框架下得到保障。该项目由 BIS 与国际金融协会联合发起，目前已有美联储纽约分行、英格兰银行、法国银行、日本银行、韩国银行、墨西哥银行及瑞士国家银行等七家央行及逾 40 家私营金融机构参与。下一阶段，加拿大银行将正式加入成为第八家央行成员，项目将推进至真实价值测试阶段，并进一步扩大私营部门参与。
