5月26日，中国工商银行作为联席主承销商、联席簿记管理人和账户管理行，协助哈萨克斯坦共和国在中国银行间债券市场成功发行34亿元主权熊猫债，期限3年。本次发行为哈萨克斯坦共和国首次亮相熊猫债市场，对深化中哈金融领域合作具有重要意义。
中国工商银行作为中国银行间债券市场重要的投资者、做市商和承销商，致力于为全球客户参与中国境内资本市场和人民币业务架设金融桥梁。截至目前，已累计协助超70家境外优质客户发行熊猫债超260笔，募集资金规模超5000亿元，客户范围覆盖亚洲、欧洲、非洲、北美洲、南美洲。中国工商银行将继续发挥全球一体化服务优势，依托“一带一路”银行间合作机制（BRBR）等多边合作平台，助力全球更多优质发行人与投资人参与中国市场，为中国金融市场高水平对外开放和高质量共建“一带一路”积极贡献力量。
