智通财经APP讯，协鑫新能源(00451)公布，于2026年5月28日，公司与 AntChain Inc.订立合资公司条款清单，共同出资在开曼群岛成立合资公司。根据合资公司条款清单，AntChain Inc.与集团拟透过各自的关联方或指定主体分别出资人民币1,200万元和800万元，拟于合资公司中分别持有60%和40%的股权。
合资公司致力于为除中国大陆之外的全球能源资产和算力资产提供全生命周期一站式的智能化资产管理及运营服务。AntChain Inc.是人工智能、区块链等前沿技术的领先创新者。
