智通财经APP讯，森松国际(02155)发布公告，于2026年5月28日，本公司的附属公司森松皓纯(作为卖方)与森研艺新(作为买方)订立产品采购合同，森研艺新同意购买且森松皓纯同意出售研磨液生产系统，总代价为人民币1200万元(含税)。
研磨液(又称抛光液)，是半导体制造CMP(Chemical-Mechanical Polishing)工艺中，用于晶圆表面精密平坦化加工的核心电子化学品。产品采购合同项下森松皓纯所提供的研磨液生产系统是用于生产研磨液的核心系统。订立产品采购合同将为本集团增加收入和利润，使得本集团能够积累研磨液生产系统的制造经验，提升本集团的市场竞争力。
代价乃按照成本加成定价方法，结合客户需求和当前市场行情，经双方公平协商后确定。产品采购合同乃经双方参考现行市场条款及条件进行公平协商后，按照一般商业条款订立。
