美国银行首席执行官Brian Moynihan表示，预计第二季度销售和交易收入将较上年同期增长约15%，同时经济保持坚韧。

　　Moynihan表示，该行一直在动用更多资产负债表资源来支持交易业务，并加大科技投资。去年10月，美国银行还提拔Denis Manelski和Soofian Zuberi担任全球市场业务联席主管。

　　Moynihan说：“在这样一个高度依赖人才、需要精细服务客户的业务中，你必须真正愿意投入大规模资源。团队在这方面做得很好。”

　　华尔街各大银行预计，其交易部门将再度迎来一个亮眼季度。摩根大通首席执行官杰米·戴蒙在同一场会议上表示，该行市场业务收入可能同比增长11%，这将成为该业务有史以来表现第二好的季度。

　　Moynihan表示，尽管面临关税和中东战争等因素，美国经济依然强劲，持续的消费者和企业支出以及稳定的失业率都反映出这一点。

　　他还表示，美国银行的净利息收入 —— 占公司总收入一半以上 —— 本季度也将“表现良好且稳健”，全年增幅有望达到该行6%至8%目标区间的高端。

　　美银表示，今年支出预计将增加4%，以支持投资银行、资产管理以及销售和交易等业务的增长。
