兹提述本公司日期为2026年4月14日的公告(该公告)，内容有关建议委任李伯文先生(李先生)、董铭尧女士(董女士)及陆鹤强先生(陆先生)为执行董事。鉴于股东周年大会上已通过批准委任李先生、董女士及陆先生为执行董事的决议案，故委任李先生、董女士及陆先生各人为执行董事已于股东周年大会结束起生效。
