南财智讯5月28日电，浪潮数字企业（00596.HK）公告，公司就厘定建议末期股息享有权利的暂停股份过户登记期作出澄清。董事会建议就截至2025年12月31日止年度派发末期股息每股0.04港元，该建议须待股东于股东周年大会上批准。为符合领取末期股息的资格，公司将于7月2日至7月6日暂停办理股份过户登记手续。所有过户文件须不迟于6月30日下午4时30分送交股份过户登记分处。倘相关决议案获通过，建议末期股息将于8月7日派付。
