智通财经APP讯，维天运通(02482)发布公告，经年度股东会批准后，刘云波先生已获委任为第六届董事会独立非执行董事。
经股东于年度股东会上批准后，冯雷先生、杜兵先生、叶圣先生及龙科先生获重选为第六届董事会执行董事，陈志杰先生及王瑶女士获重选为第六届董事会非执行董事，而李东先生及戴定一先生获重选为第六届董事会独立非执行董事。
经股东于年度股东会上批准后，樊骅先生及汪洋先生获重选为第六届监事会股东代表监事。樊骅先生亦获委任为监事会主席。此外，梁晓佳女士获重选为第六届监事会职工代表监事。
紧随年度股东会后召开的第六届董事会第一次会议上，冯雷先生已获委任为第六届董事会主席，自2026年5月28日起至第六届董事会任期届满当日止为期3年。
