Tractor Supply (TSCO) has acquired veterinary services business VIP Petcare from PetIQ, a portfolio company of private investment firm Bansk Group, the latter said Thursday.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
PetIQ develops, manufactures, and distributes branded over-the-counter pet medications and wellness products.
