ChainCatcher 消息，加密行业组织 The Digital Chamber 发信回应参议员 Elizabeth Warren 对近期 OCC 国家信托牌照审批的质疑，称其关于加密公司“不当获批”的说法并不成立。
此前，Warren 致信美国货币监理署（OCC），称 Ripple、Circle、Paxos、Fidelity、BitGo、Coinbase 等数字资产公司近期获得的相关批准，可能违反《国家银行法》，且未遵守与传统银行相同的监管标准。
The Digital Chamber 则表示，OCC 有权向符合条件的机构授予国家信托牌照，相关安排并不等同于放松监管。该组织代表超过 250 家加密相关实体，认为这些牌照有助于推动数字资产服务纳入更清晰的联邦监管框架。
