智通财经APP讯，晶泰控股(02228)发布公告，有关温书豪博士、马健博士及赖力鹏博士(创始人)(均为公司联合创始人兼执行董事)各自实益持有的公司股份的禁售承诺届满日期自2025年6月12日自愿延长至2026年6月12日。公司已获告知，创始人为表达对公司长远价值的信心，已自愿进一步延长其禁售承诺届满日期，承诺自2026年6月12日(原届满日期)起至2027年6月12日(新届满日期)止额外十二个月内，不会出售彼等各自拥有实益权益的若干公司股份(相关股份)。
于本公告日期，相关股份总股数为5.55亿股，占公司已发行股本的约12.9%，其中包括相关创始人控制的公司所持有的公司股份及QuantumPharm Roc Holdings Limited(QuantumPharm Roc)所持有的公司股份，该等股份为相关创始人持有的尚未行使购股权的相关股份，并将于其行使购股权后由QuantumPharm Roc转让予相关创始人。
