智通财经APP讯，卓越教育集团(03978)发布公告，于2026年5月28日，董事会决议根据受限制股份单位计划向本集团144名雇员，包括关连承授人授出合共1345.2万份受限制股份单位，惟须待承授人接纳后方可作实。此次授出的目的是为承授人提供拥有本公司股权的机会，奖励彼等为本集团作出的贡献，以及激励彼等为本集团之发展及提升而努力。
授出承授人的1345.2万份受限制股份单位占截至本公告日期本公司已发行股份总数的约1.58%。授出所涉股份目前及将由受托人自公开市场购买的股份支付，因此，授出不会导致本公司现有股东的股权有任何摊薄。
