新浪科技讯 5月25日上午消息，空间相机公司竹马创新宣布完成天使+轮融资，本轮融资由商汤国香资本领投，鼎晖VGC、峰瑞资本跟投。

　　在本轮融资一个月前，竹马创新完成由峰瑞资本和洪泰基金投资的数千万元天使轮融资。

　　对于本轮融资，商汤国香资本合伙人余俊表示，“物理世界的可计算、可理解、可编辑是未来应用发展的基础和底座，每一个个体也都将成为这个基座的贡献者和使用者，竹马创新团队特别适合为用户提供扎实的可入手和可上手的极致产品方案，团队对早期用户群也有特别深刻理解和熟知，期待竹马成为感知和计算‘4D世界’的Insta360。”

　　竹马创新成立于2025年11月，是一家以Camera + AI为核心方向的空间智能公司，创始人张吉来自刚在港股上市的空间智能第一股群核科技。公司希望定义一种新的AI硬件品类——空间相机：从捕获空间到训练世界，竹马不只是消费级内容创作工具，更是面向 AI 与机器人时代的真实世界三维数据入口。（文猛）
