智通财经APP讯，杜甫酒业集团(00986)发布公告，股本重组之所有先决条件已获达成，且股本重组将于2026年5月27日(星期三)生效。新股份之买卖将于2026年5月27日(星期三)上午九时正开始。于联交所买卖之每手买卖单位将由2,000股现有股份更改为5,000股新股份。以新每手买卖单位5,000股新股份买卖新股份之原有柜位将于2026年6月10日(星期三)上午九时正重新开放。
于本公告日期，自采纳购股权计划以来，概无根据购股权计划授出任何购股权以使持有人有权认购任何现有股份。因进行股本重组，根据购股权计划的条款，根据购股权计划将予授出的任何购股权在获授出及行使时可予发行的最高股份数目，将由1.25亿股现有股份调整为1249.28万股新股份。
