智通财经APP讯，华荣能源(01101)发布公告，本公司于2026年5月28日收到谭德兴程国豪刘丽卿律师行日期为2026年5月27日的律师函，随附由FANCY MOUNTAIN LIMITED(债权人)发出的法定要求偿债书(法定要求偿债书)，该债权人声称为本公司所发行承兑票据持有人之一宏易胜利投资有限公司(宏易胜利)的受让人。
根据法定要求偿债书，债权人声称本公司有下列债务需偿还：
(a) 本公司向宏易胜利发行的承兑票据;及
(b) 根据宏易胜利于2026年5月11日与FANCY MOUNTAIN LIMITED签署的债务转让协议，债权人作为受让人有权索取金额1亿港元的债务(债务)。
债权人要求本公司在法定要求偿债书送达后21日内偿还债务，否则债权人可以对本公司提出清盘呈请。
本公司正就此寻求法律意见，并评估此事是否会对公司的营运产生任何重大不利影响。同时，本公司将与债权人商讨，以期达成友好的解决方案。
