智通财经APP获悉，碳化硅概念股全线爆发，截至发稿，天岳先进(02631)涨17.42%，报128.1港元；英诺赛科(02577)涨11.46%，报82.7港元；天域半导体(02658)涨7.33%，报58.6港元；瀚天天成(02726)涨5.75%，报112.2港元。
消息面上，近期碳化硅产业景气度上行显著，上游SiC衬底厂均处于满产运行状态。Citrini明确将SiC列为AI领域被严重忽略的核心主线。到2030年AI电源将占SiC电源市场的50%，衬底和设备需求有望增长近10倍。SiC在CoWoS先进封装中的应用规模将超过电源市场。
华西证券发布研报称，随着AI发展，SiC在AI相关领域的需求有明显增长，并且未来存在大量增长空间。AI相关需求远超车规等传统市场，SiC有望成为AI新主线。判断到30年整体电源的SiC衬底需求有望接近700亿元，有望实现近8倍增长，其中8寸下游FAB线的大量扩产有望大幅刺激衬底与设备需求。
