Mayfield Group's (ASX:MYG) largest shareholder, Nightingale Partners, sold 10 million shares in the company, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Nightingale Partners now owns 30.8 million shares in the company, representing around a 26.5% stake, the filing said.
