　　2026第四届未来汽车先行者大会于5月29日-5月30日在深圳举行，小马智行创始人兼CEO彭军出席并演讲。

　　彭军指出，无人驾驶与面对C端的普通车辆本质上的区别在于第一责任人的划分。对于无人驾驶而言，第一责任人由车内的司机变成了由车来负责。因此，安全一直以来都是无人驾驶的第一地基。

　　他介绍，小马智行目前在深圳已实现相对大面积的落地，覆盖了南山和宝安区。特别是在深圳机场、深圳湾口岸、蛇口港等人流密集且场景复杂的区域，车辆运营已能达到单车日均25单的水平，且实现了24小时全天候运营。

　　彭军强调，保障安全主要有两个方面：一是车辆本身要做到软件、硬件各方面的安全；二是要有安全可靠的整个车队运营能力。

　　彭军表示，在深圳的实际运营中，小马智行的事故发生率已经比人类低很多倍，接近十倍的水平。
