5月27日，韩国首次允许本土上市单股两倍杠杆及反向ETF。围绕三星电子和SK海力士的16只相关产品正式挂牌，仅上市两天，SK海力士单票ETF便吸引约12亿美元资金流入，三星电子相关产品吸引约8.16亿美元。市场押注逻辑十分直接。随着AI服务器需求持续增长，高带宽存储器（HBM）供应趋紧，SK海力士与三星电子成为全球AI基础设施建设周期中最受关注的受益者之一。存储芯片价格上涨和企业盈利提升，进一步强化了资金的追涨情绪。韩国监管层实际上已经连续发出风险提示。由于韩国股市单日涨跌幅限制为30%，两倍杠杆产品理论上单日最大波动可达到60%。监管部门明确指出，这类产品并不具备传统ETF的分散投资属性，而是完全暴露于单一个股和行业波动之中。
