5月29日，某MCN通过其官方账号，就其旗下账号发布有关小米集团及小米集团创始人、董事长兼首席执行官雷军的不当言论公开道歉，并承诺今后加强对旗下账号发布内容的审核，杜绝再次出现内容创作缺乏客观事实、产生误导性等情况。
据了解，该MCN的多个账号近期曾密集发布有关雷军及小米集团的不实内容。知情人士透露，该MCN已被有关部门依法处理。
今年以来，主管部门持续加强涉企谣言的打击力度，以清朗舆论空间、净化企业网络营商环境。4月，上海公安机关破获的使用AI技术批量生成涉企谣言相关案例，为全面清理谣言信息、督促人工智能企业落实生成信息打标等规范提供了标志性案例。
该MCN道歉的同一天，中央网信办宣布在全国范围内启动为期2个月的“清朗·优化营商网络环境 整治恶意炒作涉企信息”专项行动，将重点整治恶意炒作涉企信息、AI 生成虚假信息、网络 “黑嘴” 等四类问题，优化营商网络环境。其中，利用AI生成涉企虚假不实信息、恶意抹黑诋毁企业及企业家、雇佣网络水军散布同质化涉企负面信息等都将成为重点任务。
