Revenues were CN¥34b, approximately in line with expectations, although statutory earnings per share (EPS) performed substantially better. EPS of CN¥0.66 were also better than expected, beating analyst predictions by 18%.      Following the result, the analysts have updated their earnings model, and it would be good to know whether they think there's been a strong change in the company's prospects, or if it's business as usual.  So we collected the latest post-earnings statutory consensus estimates to see what could be in store for next year. This would be a reasonable 2.9% improvement in revenue compared to the last 12 months.       Statutory earnings per share are forecast to crater 23% to CN¥3.10 in the same period.        Yet prior to the latest earnings, the analysts had been anticipated revenues of CN¥148.7b and earnings per share (EPS) of CN¥3.21 in 2026.        So it looks like there's been a small decline in overall sentiment after the recent results - there's been no major change to revenue estimates, but the analysts did make a small dip in their earnings per share forecasts. That's not the only conclusion we can draw from this data however, as some investors also like to consider the spread in estimates when evaluating analyst price targets.   The most optimistic Kuaishou Technology analyst has a price target of HK$101 per share, while the most pessimistic values it at HK$47.77.   Note the wide gap in analyst price targets? This implies to us that there is a fairly broad range of possible scenarios for the underlying business.      These estimates are interesting, but it can be useful to paint some more broad strokes when seeing how forecasts compare, both to the Kuaishou Technology's past performance and to peers in the same industry.
