　　据美国彭博社29日援引知情人士的话报道，美国太空探索技术公司（SpaceX）正寻求在其首次公开募股（IPO）中获得不低于1.8万亿美元的估值，低于今年4月市场传出的超2万亿美元目标估值。报道称，此次变动是公司与投行顾问及部分投资者沟通后做出的审慎调整，路演阶段仍可能根据市场反馈进一步上调估值。

　　不过，SpaceX首席执行官马斯克29日在社交平台X上发文辟谣，否认相关报道，仅简短回复“不实”（False）。
