格隆汇5月29日丨远见控股(00862.HK)公告，于2026年4月13日，公司与各认购人就2026年可换股票据订立五份独立的2026年认购协议，据此，公司有条件同意发行而各认购人(Moral Glory、CTFN、Dragon Noble、Next Victory及Glory Light)有条件同意认购各自的2026年可换股票据，总额为2亿港元。2026年可换股票据之所得款项将由公司拨作以下用途：(i)75%用于扩充电动卡车车队及配套设施，以发展物流业务；(ii)10%用于蒙古矿产(黄金)勘探；及(iii)15%用作一般营运资金。 董事会宣布，由于2026年认购协议项下之所有先决条件均已按照2026年认购协议之条款达成，该等认购事项已于2026年5月29日完成，而本金额合共为2亿港元之2026年可换股票据已根据其条款及条件，按以下方式发行予各认购人。
